High Efficient DOE Made with a LDW-Glass Mask
With an increased optical density per unit thickness, new products
of LDW-glass plates have a substantially thinner sensitized surface glass layer
which enables the LDW mask to print a fresnel lens on photoresist with a near vertical
transition of resist thickness at zone boundary. For more information to contact Canyon

Due to a heat threshold effect sub-0.5 micron, e.g. 0.2 micron lines
of a gray level can be written in a LDW-glass plate using a focused laser beam of a
visible wavelength. The resolution of the laser written pattern in a LDW-glass plate can
be better than that of an e-beam direct write pattern in a HEBS-glass plate, the resolution
of which is determined by electron-electron interaction when e-beam penetrates any solid
material including a HEBS-glass plate. For more information to contact Canyon Materials, Inc.
